NOTE: I’m reminded of the outrage that SecDoD Esper had ordered NG in DC to switch from helmets to cloth hats and not carry rifles - this was my understanding as to the reason why - the deep state had staged fake “NG” to carry out this op and the reason SecDoD made the shift in uniform so very public was to ensure that if/when any fake “NG” was to have possibly carried out such an act then it would have been clear it wasn’t in the CoC. No Governor has NO authority to compel any individual to do anything.
1. Newsom didn’t issue any order. It was a statement from the Dept of Health.
2. It is not a public health order — it is a statement… “guidance”
3. There is no law cited or penal code cited.
4. This guidance actually RELAXES the previous orders.
5. This is pure deception to present this as “new law”.
