A poorly executed double?
I noticed her lower jaw moves to the side when she talks as well as looking horrible. I think it is her, bad plastic surgery, and maybe tooth stuff, white caps or something, and something may have misaligned her jaw. Or someone punched her face. (a line around the block waiting their turn, someplace...)
The one on the right looks like she has spinach or something
caught in her lower teeth.
