If this is true, then she just violated the Stock act of 2012 which ironically enough was created after she was found in 2011 of cashing in on insider trading which believe it or not was LEGAL for members of Congress. When the public was outraged, they passed the Stock act of 2012 making it ILLEGAL. So Nancy just broke the law.
