I got carried away with the Mt Rainer esploion when the whole 14400 feet of it exploded and the other eruptions seemed so minor in comparison - The St Helens-Hood explosive venting left Portland under several tens of feet of lahar and debris, The rest of the range all the way down to Shasta became active again.

Seems active venting is beginning throughout the Yellowstone crater - a major eruption of the super volcano is imminent - evacuations of the northern tier states has begun ... most of us will not survive the 10 year long winter - remember the ash falling from the sky is not wood or paper ash but stone.
