Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

With modern voting requirements you can cast a ballot at least three times in the same election.
This is facilitated by “No ID” rules.
1. Apply for an absentee ballot. Fill out the absentee and mail it as you go to the...
2. Early voting center. Cast an early vote.
3. Appear in person to vote on election day and /IF/ there is record of either of your previous ballots, claim it wasn’t you and request a provisional ballot.
In the event of a extremely close contest, the States will count ALL the ballots cast.
Count Every Vote, remember?
They won’t check, they will just count everything.
And, if you spend time in another State (snowbirds, etc.) you can vote at least 2 times there. (Absentee, early).
Savvy democrats get up to 5 votes in any election.
