Yep, with blue tooth technology, the drive in is the way to go. No crappie speakers in the car window. So many advantages in the modern tech age that outdoor movies would provide a family. Build one of the old multi screen drive ins. Park your car and log in to get the sound through your car or a device. Family hangs out in the car or tail gates. A 50s themed take out restaurant. Build one into a malls parking lot instead of an AMC. After 8 pm here, the malls are deserted and a huge back parking lot is empty. So many ways to make this profitable in this high tech day and age.

Already happening in some malls this past July/August. Displayed digital classic movies on side of large building, cars naturally socially distant (though walking around prohibited), FM broadcast sound. Commercial refreshment not available at that time...but families were encouraged to bring own refreshments.
