I’m right there with you Cats - This stuff is ruling my life and I can’t put it down either. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and get on my laptop to see if anything broke. I drag myself to work, manage to get thru the day and then spend the evening on here, twitter, parler, etc.

I’m on the side of do something every day that makes you happy and now I’ll add, healthy. Doing what you are doing will wear you out and that is not good for you. Only God and Jesus should be ruling your life.
Get out every day, take a walk, or do other exercise, read the Bible and some other good books. The YMCA is open, I just joined so I can continue swimming.
Wear blue blocker lights when on the computer. Otherwise it’s very bad for your eyes and your sleeping patterns.
