If as a result of his corruption he was recieving cash payoffs then there is the issue of unreported income and unpaid Federal Tax. If he lied knowingly on his taxes and avoided reporting more than 20% gross income he can be audited. If he knowingly committed fraud, fraud opens the statute to allow examination of multiple years of tax returns, more taxes, penalties, fees, interest, prison terms, etc.

1. Was Hunter Biden registered under FARA?
2. Did he pay tax on his cash deals with China, Russia, Ukraine, and now Kazakhstan?
3. How much cash was given to the “Big Guy”?
4. Will the FBI be raiding Hunter Biden’s house at 5 am with CNN in tow?
