This "slashie" (Zoolander reference) wrestler/actor must be desperate for work in Hollywood to pay the bills for his wife and ex-wives. He and "The Rock" may have the same agent as they're both playing political screecher.
He not only defended a director who joked about pedophilia and rape, he apparently said if they didn't use the script from the director for the third sequel of the movie he was acting in, he'd ask to be recast.
He also supported Bernie Sanders in the 2020 primaries so he's definitely a genius.
