The corrupt Republicans aren’t interested in prosecuting crime in our government. Let’s face it - the Bidens are hardly the first and only to come up with this type of laundering scheme. It’s probably a pretty common practice in DC.
Rather, they’re ONLY interest in this story is using it against their opponents to win an election. That’s all they care about - re-election.
We saw this with Hillary and Weiner as well. -Yep, both still walking free but hey - we won the election and get to keep raking in taxpayer dollars...

The FBI is a huge DC bureaucracy, and like all bureaucracies, it has an insatiable appetite for more funding. It also wants to protect itself against any form of accountability. Therefore, its advantageous to leverage any and all information and/or relationship to advance a broad range of interests of the agency. That is their #1 priority.
In the DC Swamp information is power. Those who have it use it in all manner of ways.

Generally I agree but this is too hot of a potato. Dems are playing for keeps. They’d have no problem destroying anybody at the FBI trying to play against them. Look at what the Dems did to Trump supporters.
