At 22 seconds in the video, it clearly shows the bus moving across the broken line into the the lane of the truck...

Well that answers that one. Nothing to on the passenger side of the bus but it was taking up two lanes. The white vehicle tried to run the black pickup off the road. Charge the drivers of the white vehicle and bus with murder.
