I took the real announcement (the people as far as I can tell are Derps who work for groups *advising* the real CISA)...and put it into a meme maker, and added the lines about Epstein myself, to see if anybody would notice.

Now I get it... I looked on the CISA site, and found the announcement. How can this CISA thing that’s supposed to be good guys make a statement like that??? THen I started to look at the names at the top and their outfits. Total derp to the freaQking maximum.
