Didn’t one of the Reps say in the hearing that it is illegal to have a special session without permission under Arizona law? Probably why they invoked the U.S. Constitution to get around that. This is going to make the Governor very unhappy!

While Arizona just certified its 2020 election results, state law allows ‘five days’ to contest those results.

Yes, I watched the entire day...it was riveting apart from that one lady that had such difficulty making her point.....I couldn't listen to her drag things out as she did. But the others I found very interesting.

I'm uncertain what they will do in this special session, but they have at least five days to change the certification..

I highly doubt it happens. They don’t have enough repubs to call a special session. I doubt there’s even one Democrat who will do it.
