The law provides that a copy is sent to the Archives and to the President of the Senate, as I recall. A copy of the alternate electors should have been sent certified mail to Pence, with copy to Trump. I find it hard to believe they didn’t get a copy to Pence.

The other thing archives said was that they did receive the other electors but were thus only private communications and only revealed through FOIA

Just dang...I always wondered how the “non-certified” list of electors was going to get to the VP.
The 12th doesn’t mention “non-certified” but they are mentioned in the Electoral Count Act.
we don’t seem to cover all the bases...who were the “tellers”?...seems it should have been their job.

The counting of electors was put on hold because of people storming the capitol. It looks mostly like genuine MAGA patriots. Maybe a few ANTIFA’s trying to blend in, but it looks mostly peaceful and MAGA to me, so far.
