To the left, what would actually shooting Babbitt not accomplish that faking it would? I think you’d agree that the left are void of morals, so why would they go through the incredible effort to stage the killing when actually killing Ashli would do the job even better and take away the risk of being caught staging the shooting? And do you think Ashli Babbit ,presuming you have read about her, would have played along?

Not true. Ted Cruz was prepared to challenge all the questionable states. He had a stack of papers aimed at the voter fraud. When they pulled off the phony insurrection and resumed certification, all of it went bye bye. Everyone including that weasel Pence, go their Brutus knives out and started stabbing Trump. It gave them the excuse to erect a fence around the city and then falsely charge Trump with impeachment. It is only now with the hearing and Sicknicks mother wanting to know how her son died that the dems are starting to scramble for the coverup, via Pelosi. Telling you, Ashli Babbitts autopsy and death cert is the key to unraveling all of this. One person needs to go to all the hospitals in a 20 mile radius and find out which one admitted a female Caucasian with a gunshot wound to the neck between the hours of 3 and 6 pm on that day. You won't find one!

Specifically, what do they gain by FAKING her death as opposed to just killing her for real? Both accomplish the same thing but if they fake it they open up the chance of them being discovered. And did Ashli Babbit just go along with this? She hated the left. Where is she right now? Please think open these conspiracy theories before spreading them.

You can face palm all day, cornfed (please do), but "the obvious" often turns out to be utterly false.   (Think of the crucifixion of Jesus Christ, and how "the obvious" to many thousands of idiotic eyewitnesses there, was that a traitorous criminal was being righteously executed by the Roman government, as they loudly yelled, "Crucify Him!".   "The obvious" to the majority of dim-bulbed people there, was obviously wrong, cornfed.)

People's perceptions of any event that ever happens, usually differ widely, and perceptions are often notoriously wrong (and that also applies to viewers of videos, such as this one, or the videos of the shooting of JFK, for example).   Those mutually exclusive perceptions can't all be right.

Not one thing that happened there that day at the Capitol, was impossible to fake.   (Can you think of one thing there that could not be faked?   Can actors use fake shouting, and fake motions?   Can fake blood be caused to "gush", like they often do in fake movies?   Can someone take a fake shot at someone, just like Clint Eastwood, or John Wayne did so often?)

Some people, of course, "know it all", and so they can't be bothered to take the prudent step of saying they can't be totally sure about something until more facts are available.   (Of course, those witnesses to Christ's crucifixion knew it all too.   Too bad, it eventually became crystal clear that those eyewitnesses were 100% wrong.)

Well, the theory (and keep in mind, as I stated, this is a thought experiment) would require Ashli Babbit to be one of the players. And that would make perfect sense for a staged event, because you wouldn't want a planned operation to be dependent on an uncontrolled variable like the reaction of the main target of the shooting. Heck, the main target might just refuse to get shot. You want control over EVERY aspect of the event.

As for the "conspiracy theory" accusations, my reply is this: people need to get out of 1980s thinking and adapt to the new reality. I don't know if any of this Capitol shooting stuff is real or not, but I accept that it is possible.

Anyone who has watched the video (or even just raw footage of the event rather than this version) MUST see some oddness to it. The video really just asks questions that I think any reasonable person would ask.

In a sane world, in a sane, moral USA such as the one I thought we were living in even 20 years ago, such a thing as a staged "insurrection" event as this one is suggested to be would have been the most absurd idea possible, akin to a faked moon landing.

But, I must remind people, that in the last year, we have had this happen:

1) TWO IMPEACHMENTS of the US President, both times on frivolous charges, and once AFTER he was already out of office.

2) A NEW VIRUS was released on the world, clearly from China, prompting the following reactions:
...a) the virus is nothing, it's racist to fear it or call it the Chineses virus, oh wait, it will kill 20 million Americans by summer
...b) masks don't work, don't wear them, oh wait, wear masks or we'll all die
...c) nobody is going to die, well maybe 20 million Americans will die by summer, well only 100,000 died by summer, well actually 90% of those deaths were only "with COVID" meaning there was another primary cause of death, like kidney failure, heart attack or gunshot wound.
...d) churches and bars must be closed immediately but strip clubs can stay open and leftist mass protests do not spread the virus
...e) all small businesses must shut down but large corporations can stay open
...myriad other nonsense that can't be listed in full here.

3) MASS RIOTS across the entire United Stated, with looting, burning, assault, murder, and the destruction of ENTIRE TOWNS like Kenosha, Wis for MONTHS, none of which were stopped by the authorities, and the perpetrators of which were refused prosecution by the local DAs even when arrested, all of which were easily definable as GENUINE INSURRECTION

4) MASSIVE ELECTION FRAUD occurred, with well-documented evidence, INCLUDING VIDEO of ballot stuffing and illegal exclusion of poll watchers, resulting in a numerically impossible presidential vote total. Any challenges to this vote fraud presented before the election were ruled by the courts as premature, immediately after the election were ruled as too late, and well after the election were ruled as "moot".

5) MASS CENSORSHIP was initiated by virtually every major meida outlet, including internet social media like Facebook and Twitter, against aynone expressing an even remotely conservative opinion, to include censorship of the sitting president of the United States (Trump), and outright banning of Trump after he left office.

6) MILITARY TROOPS AND CONCERTINA WIRE FENCES at the US Capitol.

Amid all of the madness that we have witnessed in just the last year, amid all of the obvious lies and abuse of power we have seen, it boggles my mind that there are STILL some people who reject the mere possibility that an event, which appears staged and has been exaggerated to the point of hysteria, could actually be staged because they think that something so strange could only exist within a fevered "conspiracy theory".

Folks, what we are living in EVERY SINGLE DAY, RIGHT NOW, is more bizarre than the most far-fetched conspiracy theory would have dreamed up just one year ago. Adjust your thinking accordingly.

I think most rational people would agree that the ‘insurrection’ was largely staged. This thread is strictly dealing with whether or not Ashli Babbitt was actually shot and killed.

Her shooting being staged and her being alive somewhere makes no sense from any rational standpoint. There is however, a rational standpoint why someone would start a conspiracy theory about it. Because it builds ratings and puts money in the pockets of certain lunatic talk show hosts who ultimately care more about their wallet than anything to do with freedom or the United States.

It was an optics operation and she was the actor who was going to play the victim. But then again who says they didn't afterwards. Funny how much obsession is put on a crime scene and the murder when its a Democrat that the victim. Here, nothing.

The video didn't do a great job. Though he does point out that guards/police seemed to THREE times intentionally corrupt blood on the ground.

Two very important points they never talked about.
1. The blood on that guys hand is shinny red long after he got the blood on him. Real blood turns brown right away and it would start to coagulate on his hand. Movie blood stays shinny and stays smooth to make it seem like fresh blood.
2. She was shot in the neck if the bullet didn't hit the spine it would've sprayed blood on the wall behind her. No blood is visible on the wall.

IN this case I believe a lot of politicians where aware of this attack and wouldn't go along with a real death. Though typically yes. They would kill as many as they felt like to make it look real because it would be real deaths.

I’m only speculating but it wouldn’t surprise me if the crowd got too close to congressional leadership or even the VP. It was revealed later that Pence never left the Capitol building IIRC.
One can argue that the shooting was not justified, but I am not surprised the shooting happened.
