Wow! I saw more action doing guard duty at the Officer’s Club at Fort Ord during Basic Training...

LOL, I did 8 years on active duty, and received 2 awards: Army Commendation Medal and Meritorious Service Medal, which I never had a chance to wear, because I left the Army a few weeks after I received it.

I'm surprised they aren't handing out Bronze Stars.
