Here in Tucson houses are snapped up by Californians as soon as they hit the market. My friend listed hers this week and had an open house today and the realtor said 25 couples came through and 5 offers mad. Already had two offers on the table. Open house tomorrow and then deciding on Monday. New neighborhood going up right next to 1-10 near Davis Monthan and it will be sold out soon. Crazy.
