Face facts. Blacks, often for good reason, over the past 400 years have come to resent, envy , be suspicious and even hate whites. Despite all the rhetoric, posturing ,laws and programs the relations between whites and blacks are at best strained and often volatile. Yet blacks have come to a modus vivendi when dealing with whites and at least know they can manipulate situations to survive and even on occasion prosper. However Asians are the newcomers. Asians usually live among themselves and do not interact with blacks as whites do. What is more these inscrutable newcomers are prospering wildly. This has created astonishment and resentment especially among young urban blacks that results in overt violence.The rhetoric is meant to placate. The reality is that America is now a permantly divided society and a fragmented culture largely due to race.
