Question...can OSHA regulate workplaces regarding employee diarrhea?

Since diarrhea isn’t endemic (it doesn’t result from the workplace) it comes in with the employee, and thus isn’t regulated by OSHA.

Same applies to covid, it’s not resulting from the workplace, it is not endemic, therefore OSHA can’t regulate it.
