Don't confuse the ability to form social gangs with competence. You have no idea how incompetent these folks are. You should read their neighborhood blog here in NW DC. They cannot change their own lightbulbs. All they know how to do is write B- Georgetown style policy white-papers, the accomplishment of which is the entre to their coterie of incompetence. They are all complaining now about rising crime and don't understand that they got what they voted for, which the execution of all of the idiot policies that they themselves advocated.
We have been more than generous to criminals and let them go free. Why are they now stealing our cars and mugging us?
