The Release Of Haitian Migrants. Will They Be Moving Into Already Crowded Small Homes And Apartments?

Posted on 09/24/2021 11:47:06 AM PDT by TealsGuy17

Depending on where they are sent to, don't most metropolitan areas have their run down neighborhoods where there is likely up to eight or so people squeezed into a small two bedroom apartment? We have all heard of stories where it was discovered that even up to 12 people were living in these crowded conditions. At least in the Miami area, this is likely common. So now are we going to see many of these Haitian migrants moving into their friends or families tiny homes that are already beyond fully occupied? And what about covid?

My parents old neighborhood in Springfield, VA was a typical middle class family neighborhood in the 70’s and 80’s. Now, you see 5+ cars outside of most of them. Some have added a pair of lions to the front walk, pillars etc. These are 1950’s brick ranches.

We have plenty of bridges. Some already have occupants though.

They need people to live in the houses that all of those homeless people used to live in.

Based on living conditions they had before arriving here I’d say they’ll double and triple up families , and likely more, in rental houses or abandoned homes possibly. If they hit the streets the expectation will be the city will make arrangements for them when the snow flies etc.

Charitable organizations will be flooded.

My ems job involves extracting people from these settings. Mostly middle aged Mexican men drinking themselves to death. But I’m sure there’s floor space somewhere for some similarly inclined Haitians.

The government will build stack-and-packs and HUD houses in nice neighborhoods in red states. Enjoy your new neighbors!

When the story about the first flights back to Haiti broke I could see the dual purpose of the flights.

1) Look like the administration is not letting just anyone in. There were 14,000 Haitians, a relatively small number compared to the hundreds of thousands of others already there. So deport them back to Haiti. Point out that the administration is strong on border control and that Trump never deported a single Haitian.

2) When the stories of their deception and anger at being sent back to Haiti broke you stop the flights and send the rest into the interior. Furor dies down, camp is emptied out and new stories stop. Compassion is demonstrated for their new slaves the immigrants.

Should have used napalm on them. I don’t even view them as human, just dangerous parasites

Someone organized and paid for all these dirt poor Haitians to travel from Haiti to Texas, a distance of about 2,300 miles.
