The heir to the Max Factor fortune, a makeup company that specialized in Hollywood makeup. He was worth about $40 million at the time.

Chapman is not limited Constitutionally in how to find a guy and Laundrie is not very bright. There’s a good chance that he will be found by Dog if the cops don’t find him first.

He’s repented and has brought dozens of people to justice in his time as a bounty hunter.

That’s right. Rich pos drugging and raping women. I believe through that capture, Dog became a household name and it was the beginning of the TV series iirc

They’re known in law enforcement as “burner phones”. And they can be had for as little as $30.

However, once the cops have the number from the burner phone, they can trace any cell phone tower pings to within 10M of the phonecall.

He’s not as untraceable as he thinks he is if he thinks that he can’t be tracked with a burner phone.

He is a Millennial after all.

He needs and lives for his devices.

Social media, apps, I-Phones can watch tv, movies for entertainment.

He needs to live like it’s 1984 if he wants to stay free, but I doubt he can so it’s a good thing.

Am I missing something? Duane “Dog” Chapman’s authority as a bounty hunter doesn’t apply since the suspect was never arrested and thus never posted bail.

If he has a few of them he can use one 2 or three times and discard it.

There is no bounty, so he’s making a citizen arrest.

He’ll slip up. If it’s not technology, he’ll say the wrong thing to the wrong person. If he’s a narcissist like many of these guys are, he will do something to trip himself up.

I've read that his Spotify (digital music) account has been active multiple times in the past week or so.

$20,000 reward is posted by a FL law firm for finding BL. Bounty is used in the broad meaning here.
