Since OSHA has NOT released guidelines pursuant to the old man wanted but they are firing workers NOW..can these workers then in turn SUE employer for illegal firing?
I know that SCOTUS upheld a Massachusetts small pox vaccine..but that vaccine was FDA approved while the PFIZER one isn't.
Ironic, because nowhere in the Constitution do those words appear. On the other hand, government is charged with protecting freedoms and liberties of individuals (and not the right of corporations to do whatever they want without liability)
Unless the company is declaring a company-wide emergency, I'd remind them that the FDA-approved vaccine Comirnaty will not be available in the United States for at least a year, and forcing someone to take an experimental drug authorized for emergency use is against human rights.
Tell them they must wait for Comirnaty to become available before mandating that employees take a COVID-19 vaccine.

My attorney has suggested that if employees are forced to be unpaid guinea pigs and take experimental drugs for drug companies that have been given legal immunity from lawsuits, it's a form of slavery, and thereby a violation if the 13th amendment.

This is a matter of state law and each case must be analyzed against the backdrop of local rules. For example, Montana has passed a law making it illegal to fire based upon vaccination status. Other states are currently contemplating the same.
Then the company doesn't say they fired based on vaccination status. They say the fired because of performance reasons or refusing to follow company policy or any other innocuous reason they come up with.

And that was for an infection with a 30% fatality rate.
That's about 100 TIMES the fatality rate of COVID-19 in the US, which is about 0.3% or so. IF you assume the inflated numbers using the PCR method which its inventor, who won the Nobel Prize for it, said should never be used for diagnosis.
AND you ignore all the deaths from 5 Democrat Governors ignoring the military hospitals set up for COVID patients and the two dedicated Navy Hospital ships, and putting the COVID patients in nursing homes.
AND you ignore the refusal to use Hydroxychloroquine/Zinc, or Ivermectin (2015 Nobel Prize in medicine, over 3 billion doses given out in the Third World, stopped COVID in its tracks in both Uttar Pradesh in India and in Japan)
And of that 0.3%, 78% of the deaths are people over 65.
What's the mad headlong rush to jab EVERYONE?

May be creating the variants.
Deaths and adverse reactions.
No long term studies.
