She comes across as nervously self conscious and having low self confidence. She looking for emotional support from the audience and is uncomfortable behind that podium. I wouldn’t put much thought about drugs or weird disease state causing the “arm flappings”, just being ill at ease in a public forum can cause that.

She makes angry leftist press releases but she just can’t keep that nervous little girly thing in check in public.

I agree. It’s hard to act natural while you are silently screaming at yourself to act natural. After her space camp video reviews, I imagine she feels even more pressure to “act natural”. Unfortunately her natural act is snarky, supercilious and deprecating, which doesn’t come across very well as vice president.

I agree with what you stated......however she had months of public speaking while candidating across the country and as long as it was ‘fun’ it suited her personality......I don't think this administration is happy with her performance and vice versa....so she's basically flying solo now. I also think should Biden leave she's terrified of the thoughts even of being President. Basically we have a President who is delusional and out of touch with his own mind.....and a VP who can't perform what she needs to...and doesn't want to. That unfortunately leaves Brain scattered Pelosi next in line. We are indeed doomed for the next three years with these three.

When I used to speak to large groups professionally, I would always make sure there was no change in my pockets, no car keys, nothing at all to fidget with. Unfortunately, without those little pacifiers, my arms flapped li,e chickens trying to roost.

Just kidding about the arm flaps. The first part was true. Removing those potential distractions worked wonders.
