I know very little about this case. I have seen photos suggesting that he entered one..or more...houses under construction.If true,that would constitute trespassing. I've read that there are people who steal copper pipes and wiring given that copper is very valuable. I don't know if the dead guy ever did that...or attempted to do it.

The video I've seen isn't,IMO,enough to allow a reasonable person to conclude that the shooters were justified or not justified.

Of course this case is no the focus of the Maoists at Buy large Mansion (BLM) and the military wing of Rat Party Headquarters (Antifa).

We'll see what happens soon.

Stuff was missing from the houses, and he is seen repeatedly entering the houses, but there isn’t a picture of him taking stuff.

i agree with you, he was trespassing at least.
I don’t buy the “ he was interested in architecture” bs.
That being said, shooters should not have put themselves in the mix.

The crux of this is?
Repeat burglar runs.
Gets chased down by owner.
Then burglar turns on the owner?
Owner shoots and kills burglar.

I’ve never quite understood if the police would do the same thing ..he was doing his job.
But if a civilian does it ..it’s something else?

I can't say I have followed the case closely, but this is totally different from the Rittenhouse case. Questions I have:

So what if Arbery was trespassing?(Unless you were at the Capital on Jan 6th one usually gets a ticket for such a violation)

Was there any proof Arbery stole anything?

Were any stolen goods found on his property?

Why was the suspect approached at all?

Why didn't the retired police office immediately call 911?He should have know to do this

These three will get time and deservedly so

I think there were many more burglaries than the house under construction...home burglaries and car burglaries. That is why the neighborhood formed a Crime Watch program. The house under construction is the only one with photos/video.

It was a shotgun he tried to grab. He was unarmed, but trying very hard to become armed by stealing again.

In many states, laws require there be a warning, either by a sign or warning by the property owner, that you aren’t allowed to be on property before you can be convicted for trespassing on the property.

All four involved acted stupidly. But this is what happens when things go south when the police can’t manage to maintain law and order.

Hmmm...interesting. That's something that can be easily confirmed...assuming that the police testify truthfully.That could go a long way toward explaining why those neighbors were wary of him.

Absolutely, and Arbery acted most stupidly of the four involved, with that. Trying to grab a shotgun from a guy pointing it at you isn’t very bright.

If Arbery had remained cool and waited for the police to show up, he would be alive and likely could have sued them for all they were worth. Typical lack of impulse control.
