Speaking of Toyota, when I first saw that perky "Toyota-thon" lady with the black slacks and red sweater a few years ago, I knew we'd be stuck with her forever. And so we have. Sometimes you just know what the corporate suits will think of as something special, no matter how mediocre it is.
