Ayn Rand really captured the insanity of the left and how it destroys thee economy in Atlas Shrugged. Maybe Arron Rogers will get more people to read it!!!

I re-read Atlas shrugged during the 0bama years. So many 0bama programs and policies were described in detail
the left hates when they are exposed.

How ironic would it be if leftists start a book burning club? There is absolutely no irony in that. It is to be expected. The Leftists are the only people who ever want to burn books. I hope they aren't trying to imply that the National Socialist Workers Party of Germany was right-wing?

I suspect his reference to “French poetry” was a subtle allusion to “Groundhog Day”, where Bill Murray (Phil) used it to get closer to Ande McDowell’s character. If so, it was very subtle, very tongue in cheek and brilliant. “I’m saying what they’d want to hear, but I don’t really mean it.”

Page 97. Francisco tells James Taggart in the most subtle way to spare his listeners with his opinions.
Then there was the party scene where he captures the moment explaining things. Had to be 10 pages worth.
The train wreck?
How many pages did she write to vividly explain how everyone managed to pass the buck on the safety issue which led to the death of was it 360 passengers?
As Obama would say-a teachable moment.

” I hope they aren’t trying to imply that the National Socialist Workers Party of Germany was right-wing?”
Sounds like it. You’d think The American Thinker would know better.

Those who criticize Atlas Shrugged are exactly the targets of the book.

I caught that too - he's a subtly funny dude.
Then points to Atlas Shrugged - sweet!

I have always regarded him as a great quarterback, even if he came across as a bit of a prickly douchebag on a personal level.
That has all changed now.
I regard this man as a patriot now for standing up to these tyrants and putting his finger in their eyes.
Good for you, Mr. Aaron Rogers. You have a fan that will root for you now.

I hope they aren't trying to imply that the National Socialist Workers Party of Germany was right-wing? This is amazing satire, since the Left has done exactly this for 20 years.

I should have said "new" fan. I have always respected him as a sports figure, and now I respect him intellectually.
Anyone who would appear on the same television screen with those people and turn to specifically point out "Atlas Shrugged" has shown me he understands and that he is on our side as Americans.

This surprises me. Aaron Rodgers, who played at Berkeley has always struck me as pretty woke.

In defense of his detractors, NFL players are not particularly known for reading.
