The FLCCC protocol has been updated:

The preventive dose is 12mg of IVM (for someone who weighs 111–130 lb) taken twice per week with food.
For an active case, the treatment dose is triple the preventive dose (36mg of IVM for someone who weighs 111–130 lb), and it is taken one dose daily for 5 days or until recovered.
