I just had a thought concerning the US facilities/ Biolabs in Ukraine.

You can't just set up one of these things overnight and get results. It's not like a generator or water pump.

Did President Trump know about these facilities or were they hidden from him? If he knew about the facilities, was he truthfully informed about the work the were doing?

My initial answers are yes and no respectively.
