What the heck? What about the polling bounce he got from the State of the Union speech? We were told how that speech was well received, outlining his courage against Putin, outlining bold initiatives in his legislative agenda, etc. etc.
You mean to say that speech didn’t really accomplish an increase in his popularity????

His state of the union address didn't seem like it would help him much. But I thought this all out "wag the dog" media blitz featuring Russians blowing up and bayoneting babies and their mothers would give him some type of bounce. Alas, I guess completely saturating people with pure propaganda doesn't work as well as it once did.

After the State of the Union speech, NPR/Marist poll had Biden at 47% job approval. Yet Rasmussen Reports reported a job approval of only 39% on March 10, 2022. These two polls don’t agree.
