My Chicken & Corn Chowder recipe(s) rely heavily upon
Goya dried yellow split peas. NOT green split peas -
a different thing & taste entirely. Yellow split peas
do NOT taste like green split peas - not at all.

(And as if I needed an excuse to make another batch...)
It / they are very tasty. Economical too.
Healthy & yummy.
