I remember Goya Foods being in the news about 2 years ago.
The then president of Goya Foods said something that seemed supportive of MAGA values. I cannot recall what he said.
His family was very upset about it. He refused to ‘apologize’.
Twitter declared a Boycott on all Goya canned foods.
In response, conservatives declared a BUY-cott for that same brand of canned foods. Soon Goya cans were ‘flying’ off the store shelves.

The CEO agreed with President Trump on some issue and the left tried their best to cancel Goya. The opposite happened. Goya couldn’t manufacture enough canned food to keep up with demand.
As an aside, I have been seeing predictions of food shortages and take them with a grain of salt. This prediction is from the CEO of a food manufacturing company. Lots of credibility with a prediction from him.
