Father reported his daughter missing at around 9pm
Her body was found along with her bike close to a walking trail in the small town
DA Wade Newell asked for bond to be set at $1 million
He described how the boy 'punched the victim in stomach, knocked her to the ground and strangled her to the point of death and then sexually assaulted her
Cops say the boy told them his intention was to break and kill the victim from the get go as he left the house and walked down the street with her

If there was ever a crime that called for going straight from an arrest to a hanging, this is it.

We had a case a little over a year ago in Jacksonville, FL.
The boy was 14 and the girl he murdered was 13 at the time.
He was walking with her in the neighborhood where they both lived, it was well after midnight which is another issue on why 2 kids that young were out that late, but he stabbed her over 100 times, later his mother was arrested for washing his blood-stained clothes trying to cover it up.
I can process murderous rage and the blood deep hate. Easy.

How can a 14 have so much hate and evil? He obviously resented and hated her, but why?
More proof that we need stricter hand control laws that will keep hands away from children.
How did this boy get access to a pair of lethal hands?
Did the parents not keep them safely locked up?
If this 14 year old hadn’t had those hands, that girl would still be alive.

One of the photos of the little girl shows her wearing a “Smart Justice California,” T-Shirt. I wonder if her parents still think the cousin should be released without posting bail?
There was a series on Netflix called “True Confessions” or something. It was scary the number of people that would “confess” after hours of questioning, but the police had no evidence.
That said, I bet this sick, evil and twisted kid left plenty of evidence.
Is this evil being boy the victim’s cousin, or is his last name Cousin?

Why did we keep releasing him? Under the system we worked under, we had to justify keeping him after about six months. And since there were no pre-school girls at our faculty, his ‘problem’ was to be considered fixed. It always bothered me that a victim’s father who beat the crap out of him would do more time than he would.
