It’s pretty well understood if you spend time on “social media.”
It was rare when I (62) was a kid. Not so much any more.
I guess there is no one around to tell them that’s not how it works. Lol.
Yeah, you guessed correctly. Aside from a LinkedIn account, I don’t have any other social media accounts. I tell my family, friends and coworkers my cell phone and email work just fine and they are more than welcome to call, text or email me if they want to contact or share something with me and visa versa.
I’m an engineer by profession and have no problem with technology and truly feel social media platforms are a waste of time and energy. And besides, I spend enough time on my phone and computer while working and prefer to spend my free time doing something active or outdoors. Free Republic is one of two sites that I use as my guilty internet pleasure.
