Sounds like a kid who had no stable family life (no father?, mother who is. substance abuser).
Wonder if the school was aware of the bullying and if so, what they did about it?
Unfortunately there’s lots of these types of kids around who have no guardrails for behavior.
Fog of war. Bullied, violent, Mom a druggie, no word of her citezenship, he may be an anchor baby. Said “Uncle” recently took him hunting. Wonder if uncle is with the cartels or maybe even an eff-bee-eye trainer. Timing of these seems related to political opportunity.
