There are no “Covid experts” wearing masks outside.

The masks DO NOT STOP a virus.
And the N95 masks do nothing to stop the virus from the next most likely access vector, your eyes.
There are some things you just cannot escape no matter how hard you try. Isolation for the duration is the only good alternative to escape infection, but that is an extreme that most people can’t achieve for one reason or another.

I just got back from being in a CVS in the heart of LiberalLand Paradise.
Almost everyone there was wearing a damn mask, even outside. And I don’t mean old people.
And have you ever seen anyone properly wearing a N95 let alone changing it for a NEW ONE every two hours?
Only during surgical procedures. Unfortunately, I have too many of those in the last few years.
Someone asked me about not wearing a mask the other day.
My reply: “I hope I get the deadliest form of COVID and spread it to all 81 million Biden voters and that every one of them dies a horrible death.”

If they believe that masks can stop a virus then they’re not experts.
Any “expert” who promotes masking as a way to lessen — much less, “control” — a respiratory virus is no “expert” and, for the benefit of maintaining good health, should be ignored ... completely.
