Perhaps providing a cell # weeds out bots? Most real people have a cell# or two. Bots? Not so much.

Many sites demand multiple logins.

I still did it. I figure they were in a no win situation. Without a valid verification they can’t stop Bots. Think of what happened on Twitter where half of their users are bots. Elon knows they have been lying to SEC.
