Donald Trump statement on Florida election results
Truth Social ^ | November 9, 2022 | Donald J. Trump

Posted on 11/10/2022 5:41:18 AM PST by Trump20162020

Now that the Election in Florida is over, and everything went quite well, shouldn’t it be said that in 2020, I got 1.1 Million more votes in Florida than Ron D got this year, 5.7 Million to 4.6 Million? Just asking?

“ Ron nees to talk to Trump. He needs to back out.”
****************************************************

He CANNOT “BACK OUT”…. HE DIDN’T “DRIVE IN”. 🤦🏼🤦🏼

If Trump didn’t say anything, this would be a non-issue. At some point, MAGA needs to become a real movement beyond Trump, and not primarily a cult of personality.

While Trump still has one run left, he also needs to have a heir apparent. By attacking perceived competition, he limits MAGAs future success.

DeSantis beat Crist by 20.

How does a Republican in a republican state not win by 80 when running essentially unopposed?

Ron is playing a f’d up game. He is passive-aggresively either not running/or running. This is not a good look.

And you are a member of the Trump cult. Trump was needed in 2016. He broke the status quo and gave voice to millions of ‘despicables’. And for that we should be grateful. He also showed a generation of young republicans that you can be a fighter and bitch slap the dems and the media without fear. We should be thankful for that. But everyone has their time. The people who fought and won WWI were totally swept away by the changes in warfare at the start of WWII. They were fighting the last war against a different adversary and different tactics. It is the same in politics. It’s time for him to step aside and become a kingmaker. Use he influence to build the MAGA GOP. Work to develop a strong bench of quality candidates for 2024 and then help them get elected. Build a lasting legacy, rather than becoming a footnote in political history.

I can tell you there are a lot of people who were Trump people from 2016, 2020 and even this year that don’t want him as the candidate in 2024. They love what he did for the country but are tired of the circus.

Trump is running in '24. Desantis will get crushed if he tries to go against Trump.

You will be voting for Trump in Nov. ‘24.

Get used to the idea.

Where else are you going to go?

He doesn’t give a damn about you or your goals except to the extent it boosts his own ego and serves his selfish interests, even as he makes bad decision after bad decision, the most recent being this embarrassingly petty yet revealing tweet. He’s a comically self-centered, self-destructive buffoon. It’s just that much more obvious when compared to a competent conservative poltician getting results.

As crass as it seems, this is Trump breaking RDS’s momentum, and quickly.

That may be DJT's goal, while it is poorly planned, poorly timed and poorly executed. IOW, it isn't working. DJT needs a new coach and a new playbook.

The opposing coach calls a time out, just to break momentum.

This is more like coach Trump calling his team to the sideline to have a meeting WITHOUT calling timeout, so team DeSantis can easily score.

Let’s see, DeSantis is running Florida in a stunningly competent manner and is not taking shots at fellow Republicans. And THAT is “not a good look”?

Color me baffled.

Trump reminds me of that Bud Light commercial where the football player blames his team mates for not jumping on his fumbles. Never his fault. All credit should go to him but never any blame. He literally said that. Time to wake up and move on.

He’s not attacking Kari Lake. Desanctimonius has an attack squad after Trump right now. He’s pretending to be above it all but he knows as much as anything that his silence is his acceptance of the tactic.

I voted for Trump twice. He was a great president, but this is why I will not support him in a primary. If he wins the primary and that is probable, I will vote for him, but he is no longer my choice for president. I’ll probably be blasted for this, but he needs to step back and allow Ron DeSantis to seek the nomination. Trump is his own worst enemy. He is just so full of himself. He has offended so many people. Friends that voted for him twice are tired of his school-yard name calling. They aren’t voting for him in a primary either if he runs. He just can’t control his mouth.

Donald Trump’s biggest problem is his inflated ego. He doesn’t need to comment on everything.

Republicans need to be telling the public what and how they will make things better; give people a positive reason to vote Republican.
