This is Count Vlad's tribute to early Led Zeppelin and the Middle-Eastern sound of the late 60s. To hang out in Marrakesh and Morocco was groovy – almost as groovy as in India with the Beatles. I don’t think it is out of tune, but it has a DADGAG tuning and the tune is in mode than western music. So that might give you the impression it is out of tune.
