Sorry to hear of both of your struggles this Christmas. It was a weird one for sure. Mine was definitely different with the weather, but overall it was good.

Looks like your supplements are working for you! I’m just taking those covid supplements and thinking those are probably good enough.
But Im much better now! It was one of the worst colds I’ve ever had, far worse than when I had covid. But it really only lasted two days of feeling icky. I was feeling so bad I thought I would be sick for a long time so I had hubby buy four boxes of Vicks kleenex. I’ve only used about a quarter of one. Unfortunately they don’t last that long, they said goes away.
