Steven Tyler is accused of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl in the 1970s: 'Victim' files lawsuit claiming she is the 'teen bride' in Aerosmith singer's memoir after he convinced her mom to grant him guardianship Julia Holcomb filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles under California's look-back law Accuses Tyler of sexually assaulting her when she was 16 and he was 25 Suit alleges Tyler gained guardianship of her from her mother to travel with her Tyler described the relationship in his memoir without naming Holcomb
Aerosmith star Steven Tyler has been accused in a lawsuit of sexually abusing an underage girl when she was 16 and he was 25 in the 1970s.
Julia Holcomb filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles in the final days of a California law that temporarily lifts the statute of limitations for such claims under a 'look-back' window that ends on Saturday.
The suit, first reported by Rolling Stone, does not name Tyler, identifying him as 'Defendant Doe,' but it quotes directly from Tyler's 2011 memoir describing the relationship.
Holcomb has also previously spoken publicly about her alleged relationship with the rock star.
Holcomb in the lawsuit accuses the music legend of sexual assault, sexual battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress, alleging that he plied her with drugs after gaining guardianship from her mother and pressured her into an abortion.
A representative for Tyler did not immediately respond to a request for comment from DailyMail.com on Thursday night.

Some women have no appreciation for good times spent.
Why not convict Elvis and Jerry Lee Lewis posthumously?
‘She’s only Seventeen, ‘

I love that movie. Cameron Crowe drew on his own life story to show what the rock world was like in that era. It really brought back memories of an era when music was great and actually had cultural significance, but also made me recall how I idolized the musicians, who had “cool.” Even though he did some reprehensible stuff, seeing Jimmy Page swagger with his Les Paul will always send me.
Here come fifty "Me Too" lawsuits for every Rock and Roll band I grew up with in the 1960s!
Exactly... She probably enjoyed the Big Ten Inch .... Record.
16 in 1970 was totally different than 16 nowadays.....

I think the popularity of this thread at the wee hours of the night reveals the sick underbelly of the humans who claim to be saved...
The case of Presley is fascinating. A friends father commanded a company in the battalion Pressley was a soldier in Germany. He had permission to maintain an off base menage. It was well known among the battalion and regimental officers Presley was having a sexual relationship with the 14/5 year old Priscilla. Priscilla was the step daughter of a LTC on division staff. The division commander had to practically direct order him not to proceed with filing a complaint of child rape with the provost marshal. Presley also got a child ( a boy) on his older German girl friend. German’s don’t make much noise about such things, witness Lindberg’s
two unmarried German wives and their offspring, but it was still well known at the time. Presley was a huge celebrity and the Army was determined that the wholesome image of GI Joe Elvis was not going to be blemished.
In general the comments on FR condemning the 16 year old are disgusting. On American Idol several years ago Tyler admitted that forcing the girl to have an abortion was the worst thing he ever did. All of this was wrong and indirectly led the way in this society to Epstein, Weinstein, Drag Queens, and 60 million abortions later. Yet it is supported by many on FR. Its called morals people. Where are they?
….and LORD OF THE RINGS
Totally different musical experience...
I’m glad my sister and step bro got me into playing jazz early, plus the women were older and.... never mind (think Absolutely Fabulous)... and I was just a poor dime-a-dozen bassist.
There is a story that goes around about these old time rockers and I have read it saying that it was Tyler, another time Page, and recently a claim that it was Ted Nugent. the story is that the rocker adopted a very young girl instead of marrying her.
I doubt the story is true about any one of them.
“Under 18 is under 18.”

In this passage of Scripture, we are not told Mary’s age, yet we are told she was a virgin and was pledged to be married to Joseph. During this time in history, Jewish girls would have been betrothed (engaged) to their husbands as early as the age of 12-years-old. Scholars believe Mary would have been somewhere between 12-16 years old when she had Jesus (Ibid.).
Given the biblical account and the Jewish cultural practices in Mary’s day, the most plausible age Mary would have been when she had Jesus was most likely 15 or 16-years-old. It is believed that Mary would have been about 14 years old when Gabriel gave her the news of the Lord being born to her (Ibid.).
In some USA states, specifically Florida, it is not against the law for 16-17 year old kids to have consensual sex if their partner is under 24 years of age.
And let’s not forget “Seventeen” by Winger.
You just PERFECTLY DESCRIBED the scariest movie ever made:
Idiocracy
A lot of “all rock stars must be guilty here”
What is this?
This story has been out there.
This guy, Steven Tyler, is a horror show if any of it is true.
We have Sweet Sweet Connie down here in Arkansas who claimed to blow everyone who came into town since age 13-14, including Birr Kringtong.
