Patrick Mahomes is going to enjoy a cold one with a side of foot sweat if the Chiefs win the Super Bowl on Sunday ... 'cause the K.C. star said Monday he'll chug a beer right outta Cooper Manning's boot if they get the dub over the Eagles!!!
The quarterback made the promise to the oldest Manning brother during a fun interview at Super Bowl week's opening night -- after Cooper had asked him a series of questions about cowboy boots.
Eventually, Mahomes said as long as Cooper joined him in the beer guzzling, he'd drink one down out of the footwear -- no problem.
"Post-Super Bowl, if you bring that thing there, and we get the win," Mahomes said, "I'll drink the beer out of the boot with you."
Of course, the 27-year-old signal-caller had a couple caveats. No. 1 -- it's gotta be Coors Light (everyone knows Mahomes loves his Silver Bullets), and No. 2, Cooper has to be hygienic about it all.
"I've got to make sure you wash your socks before we do that," Mahomes said.
While the two were laughing over the bet -- odds are pretty good it'll go down. After all, Mahomes was no stranger to pouring beer down his throat the last time the Chiefs won the Super Bowl in 2020.
Big Game kicks off at 3:30 p.m. -- plenty of time to get the suds chilled and the boots cleaned for Mahomes just in case!!

Yeah... tell that to Stetson Bennett who won two National Championships back to back and MVP. And the media and NFL want to punish him because he got drunk in Dallas... Well that is about 30 miles from TCU who Stetson destroyed in the championship game in 3 quarters and embarrassed their quarterback. Not many people around that area of TX appreciate him and may have possibly set him up.

I think it’s interesting to watch Bennett’s fans talk about him in such glowing terms as though he is a demigod. He was 24 and 25 playing college ball against mostly 19-21 year olds. Anyone that was worth a damn already plays for the pros or sat out preparing for the draft. He’s overage to still have been playing college sports. The fact that the NCAA lets him is ridiculous. Reminds me of Chris Weinke.

Hey, is it true that Bennett has grown taller by 2-3” since he was a senior in HS? That could be, but it’s unusual. I notice that Bennett’s Wikipedia page has changed since the National championship game, which is where I first noticed the height. He graduated HS in 2017. I guess the NCAA gave everyone an extra year of eligibility due to CoVid, whether or not the player played, which Bennett did. I look forward to seeing how he performs in the NFL.

not saying you ARE TCU fan or even a THE Ohio State fan. you could be a fan of any of the other 13 teams the DAWNs beat this year with Stetson being the starting quarterback and played until Kirby put in the flute section out of the band.

My beef is probably more with the NCAA for allowing college sports to be so compromised, and I think the NFL has done the same with all the gambling websites being partners with them.
It’s not as much fun to watch as it used to be. When Chris Weinke won the Heisman at age 28, I think it really started to lose its luster for me. And the downhill slide has kept going.
