I can honestly say that for me, in my own car, that would merely have been a pleasant adventure.
My winter car kit is set up to easily remain comfortable for 5 days at below zero, it includes good lighting, books and entertainment, and even plenty of booze and morning coffee, car clothes, and get wet in the snow clothes and boots, etc.
Yeah, I have all the essentials in my truck for such an eventuality.
