That was the purpose, to shut up white women and to mock their impulse for public order, I think men sort of liked that women could draw attention to something that the male couldn’t.

Notice how restrained everyone is when among people, how topics, words, ideas, opinions, and preferences, are all hidden away except among intimates.

Now make middle-class women and soccer moms too self-conscious to speak up, to complain, to call a manager over when shopping or in a restaurant, or to speak to someone at the kid’s playground, all of the restraints to chaos and bad behavior and lousy standards are being taken away.
