Isn’t there still the issue that P and VP candidates can’t be from the same state (FL), thus voiding the FL electors?
It’s something to do with the Electoral College.
The effect is that the presidential and vice-presidential candidates need to be from different states.
I read the details a while ago but don’t remember specifics.
