This piece is my favorite of all time. I listen to it at least once a day (have it one my computer toolbar).
Chet Baker's control is exquisite...absolute genius.
He doesn’t play solos. He plays alternate melodies that always add to, never detract from the beauty or the original melody.
Thanks! Music for the soul. I’ve always been afraid that I’d die without hearing all the great Jazz there is to hear in the world!
Listened to his stuff and nothing else for weeks at a time.
