Through (seventy)-six years of perpetual motion
If he likes you he’ll smile then he’ll say
Jimmy, some of it’s magic, some of it’s tragic
But I had a good life all the way.

I put his name in search and nothing came up. Mods, please delete. So sorry for the duplication.

Loved his music but He gave $ to Hillary. I’ll never understand how someone who built such an empire can be stupid enough to give $ to someone who wants to take it away

I enjoyed his music and his message. Self made billionaire. Probably was a dem but kept it out of his music. RIP

RIP.

My only memory of him is when he got tossed from a Christmas NBA game in Miami.

About the whole keeping politics out of his music deal, from what I hear, he criticized the GOP while campaigning for Andrew Gilliam back in the 2018 midterm elections.

I guess I know what I will be listening to over the weekend. The artist that Nashville rejected, then tried to copy. Tough loss, but now he’s incommunicado...

Never opened his cakehole politically when playing the Gulf Coast.

Knew where his bread was buttered, I guess.

He’s a local boy from Pascagoula. Used to do his beach troubadour thing from Gulfport to Panama City in his early career.

After the BP spill he just showed up unannounced at his sisters place, Lulus in Gulf Shores Alabama (Roll Tide).

Facebook spread his visit like wildfire and within 30 minutes, the place was packed.

Saw him at the Wharf in Orange Beach several times.

He was one of a kind.

The last drunk soul in Margaritaville has left the establishment.

Fins, Jimmy.

We are all only a breathe away from that event, and one never knows when that last breathe will occur. I hope he is resting in peace with the Lord.
