The new WOKE military is positively impacted by that technology.
There are a few YouTube videos where they actually test toroidal blades and show you the test. Not a demo. I wonder if a circular 1 inch wide metal band welded to the tips of a curved eight bladed propellor might get a similar power effect and limit cavitation also. Note :the toroidal boat propellor blades are 5 grand...

I simply must send You My brother-in-laws address and phone numbers. At the time they lived in a neighborhood that had about 10' between houses in Cary, NC and He comes home at like 23:30 one night and proceeds to get out the leaf blower and start doing the yard and driveway !!!

I had a similar situation when I lived in an apartment complex; the people above me would get home around 1am and start their washing machine. We had words. I moved out shortly after but not because of them.
I have 2 in my garden to chase the birds away. They do not produce any power as far as I am aware!

That is what I understand. Its cheaper and not as many moving parts.
