Suppose a foreign country, whichever, mexico, china, Russia, Etc, sent an army to March into San Francisco and then annexed it into their country.
Rhe citizens of San Francisco would now pay taxes to that country and would would follow thier laws.
Would you fight or have your son fight to liberate the city although it's values are very different from your own? Would you view them as fellow Americans that deserve Liberation just the same?
Or would you gave the opinion that is not worth fighting for?
Martial law could be imposed to straighten the city out.
The city’s leaders would either stay and become collaborators subject to hanging as traitors or flee with other residents and be replaced by newcomers after the liberation.
But I doubt our current government and military would handle things right.
Makes me wonder about the definition of treason.
A better question would be “If a domestic enemy took over San Francisco, would you liberate it?”
My answer to that is I would like to.

Remember these people hate us. The are racist, hate men, and hate Christians.
But maybe this was the plan all along. Democrats have spent the past 10-15 years dividing the country and making Americans hate America. Maybe it is a psysop designed by our enemies and Democrats have been willing participants.
San Francisco has already been “invaded” - by 40,000 homeless who have taken over the streets and “made it their own.” They have the right to take over public spaces, throw trash and needles everywhere and poop wherever and whenever they’d like.
If a foreign army invaded San Francisco it could do nothing but improve the situation.
Maybe...after the invaders burned SF to the ground.
the Mexican Cartels could do a better job running the city than the present idealists Maoists in control now. Russia could make it sing and woe be anyone who tried smash and grab in their cities. I would go to the UN and ask for sanctions on the occupation!
Just look to the House and Senate for the definition. It’s staring right at you.
San Francisco could arm their drug addicts and homeless - and when that doesn’t work they can arm their sexual weirdos and ‘elites’... They can defend their own hellhole.

Maybe no one’s favorite part, but that territory and its assets belong to America.

The real question would be “Would Russia want SF? If so, why?”, I would think we would just give it to them.
If they took SF, that also means they took the Silicon Valley. Facebook would now be under the thumb of a foreign nation. So would Apple. If it were an Islamic country, how long do you think the woke culture would last at those companies. Stanford would also be part of the package. The biggest problem would be that we would also probably lose Intel, AMD and NVIDIA, and those companies would be worth fighting for because without chips, America has no tech base.
