A Canadian weight loss coach who shed 45 pounds and transformed his body has revealed his 10-minute 'no excuses' workout that can be done anywhere.
Andrew Holmes, founder of Weight Loss Warriors, has more than 264,000 followers on TikTok, where he shares fitness and nutrition tips.
The content creator, who uses the handle @andrewholmes79, recently demonstrated his effective three-move workout.
'If you're trying to lose weight and always bulls*****g yourself that you never have time to exercise, here's the simplest 10-minute workout that you can use to smash that excuse,' he said at the start of the video.

You can’t lose that much weight that fast through exercise. You have to reduce your calorie intake.
You don’t have to eat less, you just have to crap more.
often people have knee issues because of the extra weight. If you lose some you might notice how much easier everything is (even getting up from a chair)
I mean “think about it”, if I put 20 pounds of dumbells in your lap how hard would it be to get up? it is the same with extra weight.
Ha, it won’t make up for the extra Halloween candy I have.
Fast for 3 days and lose 10 pounds. Challenge is how you roll off the fast.

You’ll be all the rage skeletal in a week-
Just as dumb as Stooopid fad diets and crazy exercises.
Do what your Grandmother told you to do to stay fit, healthy and live a good life.
Eat less than you want.
Avoid all that sugar.
Get fresh air and sunshine whenever you can.
Drink plenty of clean water.
Don’t pick your nose.
Don’t spend too much time with “those” girls.
What worked for me was intermittent fasting.
Walking and doing rough outdoor chores help, but even when I was doing all that, I didn’t lose weight until I started fasting.
My schedule is 16 hour fast, 8 hour feed window.
At least one day a week, limit calorie intake to just 500 calories, or just one light meal. Good day to rest up and read a book. Alternatively, you can fast for 20 hours two days a week.
I’ve found that a little bit of hunger is your friend.
And after I started shedding the pounds, I found myself filling up at the table more quickly. Eating slower helps, because it gives your digestive system time to signal your brain when it’s satisfied.
And only eat to satisfaction. Never go back for seconds, unless you’re really hungry from having done a lot of work or fasting for more than 18 or 20 hours.
I know a lot about weight resistance training. I guarantee you he is doing a lot more than this routine. I can tell when people spend a lot of time in the gym. He does.
Eventually, I had to be a little less rigid and now do somewhere between 14/10 and 16/8 depending on the day and the workouts I am doing.
You make a good point though - we get so used to never being hungry. Usually eating the second we feel hungry. I think one of the things it is important to do is let your body feel hungry for extended periods of time, at least occasionally. It’s good for you mentally and physically.
Yeah, that is a lot of it for me, but losing 20 pounds is easier said than done for me.
